Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

Globosafe is provided by Globosafe Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 690739), registered office May's Field, Beach Lane, Portrane, Dublin, Ireland, K36 X015.

By buying or using Globosafe, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. What Globosafe does

Globosafe reads a message you paste in — an email, text message or similar — and explains the warning signs it sees. It checks any links against threat-intelligence databases, looks up when the sending domain was registered, and produces a plain-English assessment: likely genuine, suspicious, or fraudulent, with reasons and suggested next steps.

3. What Globosafe does not do — read this carefully

Globosafe is not a guarantee. It gives you a second opinion, not a verdict you can rely on absolutely. Automated analysis can be wrong in both directions: it can miss a fraudulent message, and it can flag a legitimate one.

• It does not replace antivirus, endpoint protection, firewalls, email filtering, backups, or professional IT support.
• It does not protect your devices, networks or accounts.
• It is not a substitute for your own judgement or your normal financial controls.

Always verify payment or bank-detail changes by phone, using a number you already have and not one given in the message. No result from Globosafe should ever be treated as permission to send money.

4. Your subscription

Globosafe is a subscription. The current price is shown on our pricing page — €15 per month or €120 per year — and is charged in advance.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing link in your account. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
• If a payment fails, we will try again and may suspend access until it is resolved.
• We may change prices for new subscribers. Changes never apply retroactively to an existing, continuous subscription at the same plan.

5. Refunds

If Globosafe does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, subscription fees are non-refundable for time already used, but you can cancel to stop future charges. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Globosafe for anything unlawful, or to send or check material you have no right to hold;
• share your sign-in link or otherwise let others use your subscription;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service;
• resell Globosafe or present it as your own product.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why.

7. What you paste in

You keep ownership of anything you paste. By using the service you give us permission to process that text for the purpose of producing your result. We do not store the messages you check, and we do not use them to train models. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Do not paste material you are not entitled to share — for example another person's confidential information, or anything covered by a duty of confidence to a third party.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Globosafe available at all times but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it offline for maintenance, and we rely on third-party providers — hosting, payment and threat-intelligence sources — that can have outages. Where a data source is unavailable, your result will say so rather than silently omitting it.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any decision you take in reliance on a result. This matters most in the obvious case — if you authorise a payment to a fraudster, that loss is not ours to bear.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Ending it

You may cancel at any time. We may end this agreement if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will refund any unused prepaid period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU you also keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer law.
